    Network Connectivity Requirements

    • Full-time Internet access with sufficient bandwidth for remote access and web visitors. An Internet Service Provider (ISP) is required. Communication charges are the responsibility of the client.
    • Virtual Private Network (VPN) compatible with Microsoft and Cisco.
    • Internet Explorer 7 with the Windows Remote Desktop Connection (RDC) Add-in.
    • Optional Compass Integration with UPS and/or FedEx for Shipping Management software via VPN.
