Restarting the OrderTrax QuickBooks Plug-in

  • Simply restart the computer running the OrderTrax QuickBooks Plug-in
  • Click Start -> Administrative Tools -> Service
  • Windows Start Menu - TAG Switch Administration

  • Scroll down to TAG Transaction 2.0. Right-click and select Stop
  • TAG Switch Administration - Stop TAG Transaction 2.0

  • Next, right click again and select Start
  • TAG Switch Administration - Start TAG Transaction 2.0

    Updates for those connecting to the OrderTrax Remote API

  • The URL you connect to will be the same, the IP address underlying that URL will be changing. If you are connecting via the Fully Qualified Domain Name, flushing DNS may be all that is necessary. If you are connecting via IP address, contact Essent Support for more information.
