Essent Announces Microsoft SQL Server 2008 Certification for Compass

Essent has completed capatibility and certification testing for Microsoft SQL Server 2008 and certifies the use of the database platform for Compass. As a certified database platform customers may upgrade from previous versions of SQL Server to this latest version.

The platform was tested using the Essent standard regression test suite developed by Essent Research. Paticular attention was paid to replication services to assure that customers using this mission critical technolgy can continue to enjoy highly reliable disaster recover technologies built into Compass.
