This policy covers how we treat personal information that we collect and receive, including information related to your past use of our products and services. Personal information is information about you that is personally identifiable like your name, address, email address, or phone number, and that is not otherwise publicly available.

We collect personal information when you register with us, communicate with us using any medium (chat, email, telephone call, audio/video conference, website, etc.), when you use our products or services, when you visit our pages or the pages of certain partners, and when you enter promotions or sweepstakes. We may combine information about you that we have with information we obtain from business partners or other companies.

When you register we may ask for information such as your name, email address, birth date, postal code, occupation, industry, and personal interests. For some financial products and services we may also ask for your address, national identification code like a Social Security Number or Tax ID, and information about your assets. Once you register with us and sign in to our services, you are not anonymous to us.

We collect information about your transactions with us and with some of our business partners, including information about your use of financial products and services that we offer.

Communication Recordings

Communications with us are subject to being recorded where we collect information from you, including personal information, in connection with and through such recordings. Depending on the medium, further notification may or may not be communicated by us. Some of this information may be shared with other meeting participants. For example, all messages and content you share in a meeting, including personal information about you or others, will be available to all other participants in that meeting (unless you elect to chat with a subset of meeting participants). If you share a meeting link with another user who is not already in the meeting, when that user tries to join the meeting he or she may be able to see the list of other users in the meeting, as well as other invitees joining the meeting.
