The OrderTrax® platform will be migrated in April 2011 to the Essent® Cloud.

The OrderTrax® platform will be migrated in April 2011 to the Essent® Cloud. The OrderTrax Network, the foundation of the platform, will be migrated first, followed by the OrderTrax Portal website. The objective is to transfer all related assets with minimal interruption of service and in most cases zero downtime.

The OrderTrax Network is comprised of the TAG Tools™ software suite that powers the ePSA Network and associated web services. The first phase will be to transfer the subscription services, followed by the TAG Tools support services. The second phase will be to transfer the OrderTrax Portal, the web interface for interactive Order Status management and trading partner communications.

Two Hour Scheduled Downtime starting at 10:00pm Eastern Daylight Time (EDT).
This facility is used by API Integration, TAG Switch 2.1, OrderMaster Plug-in, QuickBooks Plug-in, and OrderTrax website subscribers.

Prescribed Action:
If you use any version of the QuickBooks Plug-in for OrderTrax, OrderMaster Plug-in for OrderTrax, the OrderTrax Remote Direct Integration (API), or the TAG Switch 2.1, it is possible that it may lose connectivity to the Network. Therefore, it is recommended that you restart the application on Tuesday, April 19, 2011.
