EmbroidMe® is embarking on a company-wide supply chain initiative to integrate with suppliers via the Essent® OrderTrax® Network to reduce labor, eliminate errors, and increase efficiencies for both EmbroidMe and its suppliers.
The EmbroidMe Supplier Integration Initiative encourages EmbroidMe’s 145 suppliers to integrate with EmbroidMe’s 500+ franchise locations through OrderTrax, the promotional products industry-standard electronic data interchange.
EmbroidMe is asking its supplier partners to integrate Customer Pricelists and Real-Time Inventory Availability as the first phase. In the next phase, EmbroidMe will encourage suppliers to integrate Product Catalogs, Product Configurations, Purchase Orders, Order Statuses, Advance Ship Notices, and Invoices.
EmbroidMe selected Essent as its official integration and commerce network provider, and Essent will be managing the integration process on behalf of EmbroidMe.

The EmbroidMe Supplier Integration Initiative Team, led by Marco Peña of Essent, will be meeting with EmbroidMe suppliers.
"On a day-to-day basis, suppliers are inundated with inquiries about pricing, inventory, catalogs, configurations, orders, order status, shipping status, and invoices. The traditional ways of answering those inquiries – manually by phone and email – is time-intensive, error-prone, inefficient, and it ultimately costs suppliers time and money. Communicating this information automatically via the Essent OrderTrax Network reduces labor, eliminates errors, increases efficiencies and ultimately increases profitability for EmbroidMe and its suppliers,” Mr. Peña said.
OrderTrax securely and accurately processes over 12 Million transactions representing over $3 Billion in commerce annually. The OrderTrax Network allows trading partners to exchange information automatically and in real-time without the need for time-intensive and error-prone phone calls, emails, and manual intervention.
