PromoStandards is launching the premier technology event for the promotional products industry and Essent, a champion of trading partner integration and a PromoStandards contributor from the beginning, is helping make sure "the technologist event of the year” gets off to a great start.
Essent is the Ultimate sponsor for the inaugural PromoStandards Tech Summit and Hack-a-Thon on Oct. 2-5 in Tampa, Fla.
PromoStandards is devoted to improving supply chain efficiency in the promotional products industry through trading partner integration that allows distributors, decorators, and suppliers to share business information electronically and automatically instead of slowly and manually.
Essent has championed of trading partner integration for more than 20 years and a founding member of PromoStandards since PromoStandards started in 2015. With representation on the PromoStandards standards committee, Essent co-authors the PromoStandards integration protocols and Essent President & CEO Eric Alessi was elected chairman of the PromoStandards board in 2022.

The Tech Summit and Hack-a-Thon features industry-specific and application-specific topics for promo and print technology and appeals to those interested in ecommerce, order management, ERP, systems integration technology solutions.
