Essent sponsors Promo Kitchen REVIVIFY mixer at 2014 PPAI Expo

Promotional Products software maker Essent is a platinum sponsor of the the PromoKitchen REVIVIFY mixer during the PPAI Expo in Las Vegas.

It’s 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Tuesday at the House of Blues at Mandalay Bay. Admission is free, but guests are asked to bring "the psychology of reciprocity.”

The mixer is an opportunity for promotional products peers to socialize, build relationships and have some fun. There will be a Rock-Paper-Scissors contest with side wagers encouraged.

But more importantly, the mixer provides the opportunity for professional development. Guests can join the PromoKitchen mentorship program as a mentor or mentee. Donations will be made to the Promotional Products Educational Foundation, which provides college scholarships in the promotional products industry.

"Essent is sponsoring and attending this event not just to have fun but much more importantly to foster relationships, networks, and professional development in the industry that we always strive to serve,” Essent President Eric Alessi said. "We view PromoKitchen as a mentor to the promotional products industry, and we’re proud to aid them in that role.”

Also at the mixer will be the unveiling of the winning T-shirt in the REVIVIFY contest seeking imprinted T-shirts that exemplify an invigorated promotional products industry in 2014. That contest was held by PromoKitchen and Essent software user SanMar.

Gemline, Numo, Hit, and Worldwide Line will provide swag bags.

To toast the occasion Essent has created a special cocktail, the Essent Sapphire — a complex concoction that is lightly sweet, tart, with a clean finish on the palate that leaves a good taste in your mouth.
