PPAI Supplier Star nominees boosted by Essent OrderTrax
Five companies using Essent technology are in the running to be named the year’s top promotional products supplier.
SanMar, DIGISPEC, Fields Manufacturing, Gold Bond Inc. and Hit Promotional Products are among 23 finalists in the PPAI 2014 Supplier Star competition. They were nominated by the distributors they serve for excellence in communication, service and quality.
All five use the Essent OrderTrax commerce network, the industry-standard electronic data interchange that allows suppliers and distributors to communicate with ease, speed, and clarity through all levels of the supply chain. OrderTrax allows trading partners – including distributors, decorators, and suppliers – to share invoices, purchase orders, shipping notices, and more, all in real time.
"These suppliers were nominated for communication, service and quality,” Essent Vice President Ron Cahill said. "OrderTrax enhances all three of these attributes.”
The 2014 Supplier Star winners will be announced Jan. 16 at The PPAI Expo 2014 in Las Vegas.
